DISCLAIMER : Although some slimes have are food inspired by texture/ scent, it is still just a mound of glue, don't eat glue.
Slime Care
  • How long does slime last?
 The shelf life of slime depends on what kind of slime it is. Some slimes can last for a long time without getting sticky even if they don’t get activated. Others get sticky faster and therefore need more care. A good rule of thumb is to periodically check on your slime, even if you're not playing with it, just to see if it needs some activator. 
  • What is the borax for?       
Borax is a slime activator and is used to create and maintain the consistency of a slime. If the is sticky, add borax in small amounts to chive the desired texture.
  • I have allergies, should I be concerned?
 Slimes are made with school grade materials as well as food/ cosmetic grade safe ingredients. If you are sensitive to allergic to borax, glue, shaving cream, baby oil, lotion, soap, food coloring, and fragrance oils, do not play with our slimes. 
  • My slime is hard/stiff what should I do?
 There are different ways to fix this:
        - add small amounts of lotion (glycerin is it's a clear slime) and mix until desired texture is achieved 
        - massage your slime under hot running water 
        - place it in the microwave on low power for a few seconds
  • Can I track my order?
 Yes, just use the tracking number that will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped. 
  • What do I get with my order?
You can expect to receive an activator spray, 1 random sticker, and our business card also with your ordered slimes. 
  • My slime never arrived
Once the order is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please contact the delivery company that was in possession of the package who will be able to help you locate the order. 
  • My slime is defective/ damaged
 For any problems with the quality of your order,  please contact us within a day of the order being delivered and we will help you however we can. 
  • Can I change the shipping address?
Once the order is placed, we cannot make any changes to it. To ensure fastest delivery, please double check you address being ordering and for any issues after that, contact the delivery company who is shipping the package. 
                                              Cancelation/ Returns
 - Cancelations can be made within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, the order will have been processed and therefore unable to cancel. 
 - For returns, due to nature of the products, all sales are final.
